At Dungeon Comics & Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary loot. If your items aren't the right fit for your collection, you can return most products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition; comic books must be unread and trading card packs must remain factory-sealed to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Loot
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly writing the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent any processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our headquarters using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
