How do you ensure the condition of comic books during shipping?
We use industry-standard 'Gemini' mailers and reinforced cardboard inserts for all comic orders. Each issue is individually bagged and boarded to prevent spine ticks, corner dings, or moisture damage during transit.
Are your trading card singles guaranteed to be authentic?
Absolutely. Every high-value card undergoes a multi-point inspection by our in-house experts to verify authenticity, surface quality, and centering before being listed in our inventory.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming TCG sets and graphic novels?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for most major releases including Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and DC/Marvel trade paperbacks. Pre-orders typically ship on the official release day.
What is your return policy for 'Blind Box' or sealed booster packs?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on opened booster packs, blind boxes, or any sealed TCG products. Defective merchandise or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days.
Can I sell or trade my collection to Dungeon Comics & Cards?
We are always looking for quality collections. You can visit our physical storefront for an appraisal or contact our acquisitions team via email with a detailed list and photos for a remote quote.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items in time for your next game night.
